Can Schools Fix Obesity?

Over at Bloggingheads.tv, Dana Goldstein, formerly of The Daily Beast, and Katherine Mangu-Ward of Reason debate whether schools alone can solve the problem of childhood obesity. (A truncated version of their conversation can also be found here.)

Does reforming school lunch programs work? And is one meal a day enough? Or would longer school days, and as such, a greater number of meals, better tackle the problem?
