In the rush to devour this wonderful fruit, most people only serve avocados raw and in the opening dishes of a meal–more often than not in guacamole or salads. A recent post on Tastespotting's blog encourages cooks to experiment with reserving avocados for the end of the meal by incorporating them into baked desserts.
