Czech Engineers Design Awesome, Impractical Flying Bike

Air travel is convenient, but it’s a drag on the environment, not to mention expensive. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could fly around on bikes instead?

A group of Czech engineers has concluded that yes, it would be. The folks at DesignYourDreams have been working to design a six-motored bike that starts on the ground and ends up in the clouds, and they’ve got the schematics and 3D renderings to prove it. So what if the bike only stays in the air for 3-5 minutes, and if it weighs almost 200 pounds, and if the designers aren’t even test-flying a prototype until August and concede it will never go into commercial production? It’s a flying bike. You already want one.
