It will show you which states have e-waste recycling programs and laws (Connecticut just became the 24th) and has links to them all.

Note that the so-called "Dell bills"—e-waste legislation based on a model drawn up by Dell Computers—don't result in nearly as much recycling as other options. If your state is considering legislation, be wary of Dell's suggestions.
