Galapagos Oddities Worth Saving (Slide Show)

Treehugger has a great slideslow up on the the wildlife of the Galapagos Islands, the famed spot where Darwin developed his theory of natural selection. Earlier this month, the Mission Blue oceans conservation group visited the Galapagos and saw the diversity and the individual quirks of the wildlife they're trying to protect through funding.

Take a gander at those marine iguanas, salt-sneezing lizards even Darwin felt compelled to call "disgusting."
Are they so ugly they're cute, or just plain ugly?
