Our first interview is with Seth Goldman, co-founder and TeaEO of Honest Tea (a GOOD Company!) Honest Tea produces beverages that are organic and sustainable, and the company is widely recognized as a sustainable business leader. We asked him what lessons he learned guiding Honest Tea from its start in his home kitchen to a beverage giant with $71.5 million in sales, and talked about the importance of having a mission and the discipline it provides.
