We brought that question to Susie Lee, a principal at TBL Capital, a San Francisco-based investment fund that focuses on social enterprise. Asked what young companies need to do to attract the attention—and lucre—of venture capitalists like herself, Lee says that there's no silver bullet. Except, maybe, positive cash flow.
