"This is my best friend Rebecca. We've known each other since I moved in next door when we were two. We are the same age and saw each other constantly through our childhoods. She's been in India (This picture was taken in Ladakh) for the past three months on a gap year program, and it's the longest we've gone without seeing each other, not counting a few blurry Skype sessions. I miss her more than I can say. I've seen her face so much and for so long that sometimes I look at pictures of her and think for one moment that it's me, even though we look nothing alike. I can't wait to see her when she gets home this winter!"
