Peer Health Exchange is redefining the nature of sexual education by taking it out of the hands of educators and placing it in the hands of students' peers. By selectively recruiting and training volunteers from 22 colleges, PHE has, in its seven years, changed sexual education in the five major city sites in which it operates.
